We provide guidance with benefits and entitlement programs such as Medi-Cal, SSI, IHSS, and discounted utility programs, while also assisting with transportation resources including ACCESS and other community transit options. Services may include support with conservatorship planning and education, connecting families to housing, food, healthcare, and community resources, and navigating complex service systems. Through individualized support, advocacy, and resource coordination, we help families overcome barriers and access the services they need to thrive.
