Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your candle must be unburnt, and you must provide proof of purchase. To start a return process, please contact us at support@astalynn.com
Return/Exchange check list
- Items marked or clearance can not be accepted for returns/exchanges.
- If you've received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and do not burn the candle. We will accept candles for return/exchange if they're unburnt.
- We'll charge a restocking fee if you're returning/exchanging candles that aren't damaged. If you do not like the scents, please consider gifting it to a friend.
